WHAT WE OFFER

Adult Yoga classes:
All group classes (except for Yoga for Strength and Breath) are structured to be friendly to individuals ranging in experience from new to yoga to the seasoned yogi.  All classes are 75 minutes in length and are focused on the student taking charge of their own practice.  Class space is limited to 8 students. 


Private/Semi-Private yoga classes:

Create a uniquely personal yoga experience for yourself and/or some of your friends or loved ones by scheduling a private or semi-private yoga class.
A private yoga class is a nice option for any individual who may be new to yoga and/or want to get the basics down before attending a group class. This one-on-one session provides a wonderful opportunity for those who may have specific need(s), such as recovering from an injury or experiencing limitations due to restrictions which may require specific attention and/or modification(s). Semi-private yoga classes can be a great option for individuals looking to gather with a specific group of friends or family members for a special occasion, or on a regular basis for an intimate yoga class. Please inquire with your practitioner directly for rates based upon the details of a given session (number of participants, location, and/or duration of class).  These classes are good for adults and children of any age.

Yoga Retreats/Specialized Workshops for adults and kids: 
These offerings will be longer in duration than any standard yoga class, thus affording students the opportunity to delve deeper into a specific topic or theme. Content may be geared towards a specific population, as defined by the retreat or workshop's description. In a safe and intimate environment, the yoga student will be granted the opportunity to experience the many layers of the practice of yoga. (Rates as noted per offering)

Thai Yoga Bodywork Sessions with Denise:
This passive yoga (sometimes called “lazy man’s yoga”) involves placing you into postures developed to encourage blood flow, stretching and pain relief. Some of the benefits include relaxation, pain reduction, swelling/edema reduction, increased range of motion, stress management, passive stretching, enhanced mind/body connection, detoxification of soft tissue.

Bringing energy, attention, consciousness, breath, and pressure to your body, your Vedic Thai Yoga therapist continuously evaluates your state of being and uses knowledge and intuition to guide your therapy. Regular sessions complement other health practices by eliminating toxins from the body and encouraging flexibility. Sessions are 60 minutes in length, and cost $120.  Packages available at reduced rates.

For your Vedic Thai Yoga session, please wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict your movement. You will be clothed throughout your session; however, you will be asked to remove your shoes and socks. All sessions will take place on a thick mat on the floor.  If the floor is difficult for you to get up and down from, session can be performed on a massage table.
